As founder of WorkJoy, Tina builds on 25 years of corporate operations, technology consulting, and people leadership experience. She is a globally recognized leadership strategist, executive coach, keynote speaker, and author of Developing Your Business Leaders: A Guide to Investing at All Levels (ATD Press).
Tina helps organizations strengthen leadership capability across the talent lifecycle by aligning investment efforts with real business priorities and results.
She lives in Los Angeles with her writer husband, rescue husky, and two opinionated pet parrots.
